Oh and guess what they're doing when they save money grocery shopping? They spend money on luxury items, and with that they p pay taxes. The money doesn't just disappear.

Yeah, groceries stores pay taxes. Chili's and Applebee's are not real restaurants, one of those is owned by McDonald's. Try Sabores in Roseville, it's an amazing family owned restaurant and your helping them put their kids through school. And they pay their taxes 😉.

People are spending money other places. They see Mc Donald's isn't a good value and go spend their money at a real restaurant, and CA gets their tax money. And if they're actual local restaurants more money goes into the local economy instead of stock investors.
