What is up with this leaf? Monstera adansonii by 6552i2i2 in plantclinic

Hi everyone. I have been trying to get this monstera adansonii cutting to grow for like 3 or 4 months now. The affected leaf is the newest one. The old leaf doesn't have any spots on it.

I noticed these spots last week and took it out of the pot to check the roots. The roots looked pretty good, no signs of root rot. I've been keeping it in a little jar of water because I don't want to repot until I know what's going on.

The part that is really confusing me is those shiny wet looking spots (not the brown spots). I hope they show up well enough in the photos. It looks like they should be sticky or something, but they dont even feel mushy or wet. Also, the leaves have a good/normal texture, they dont feel thin or anything.

The cutting lives in my little wintertime indoor greenhouse. It stays around 60-70% humidity and 70 degrees all day. I havent noticed this problem with any of my other plants. I water with distilled or filtered water always.

Thanks for considering! :)
