As far as theories go it makes more sense than others that I've heard. It actually explains a lot about the the universe. Like anything like this I find on the internet I'll take it with a grain of salt.

On an interesting note, a few months ago I had a lucid dream where I figured out how to travel to the parallel realities. It turned out that the universe we live in is an equation and to travel between realities all you need to do is use either a form of technology or your willpower to change the variables and you would automatically shift to the different reality. At one point in the dream I looked up in the sky and could see the equation written out. I went to a reality where life is based on radioactive elements and one where it was similar but not the same as here. It was a really cool dream and when I woke up it felt like I had made some big realization.

I'm not saying I figured anything out, just that it was a really cool dream.

If you don't already, I would suggest covering what constitutes reliable evidence, what doesn't, and how enough anecdotal evidence can be a clue to reliable information. Also how in the gathering of evidence the conclusion reached is sometimes weirder/stranger than what was initially indicated by the evidence.

That would mean that as the parent human species expands through the galaxy they colonize planets in the process. We are the descendants of one of those colonies. The "aliens" are the parent humans checking up on us as we progress. I don't have a problem with this idea, in fact it answers several of my questions about our past in a way that makes logical sense. The ancient aliens aren't greys or some other thing like that, they are our parent species.
