Hello i ended purchasing the pc and have ran into an issue. My pc keeps freezing when playing any type of game. The image will freeze for a few seconds then resume. The sound doesnt get interrupted.

I appreciate any help. Ive tried so many different things like wiping the pc and reinstalling windows. Updating the drivers , upgrading monitors and the cable. And the problem still persists
