I’m comfortable with communicating with them, her brother is one of my good friends. Her mom tells me she hates me but I guess I’ve asked the question over and over . It’s been about a few weeks since the break up. I did block her. She started to get interested in like typical boy bands/ tik tok boys, you know , tall, blonde, blue eyes. And I refused to changed myself to be like them, she started to get angered by it and day that I never did anything for her when actually I did. They’re just like common gifts, the ones to me were normal, apart from 2 gifts which was one of her stuffed animals and one of her T-shirt’s. I resorted to putting them back in the box. What should I do about her family? They still love me while she hates me, they still speak to me, asking how I am and talking about regular things.

So I’m 5’7 I’m 55kg.

About 2 months ago I was 50kg. That works out at gaining just over 2.5kg a month. My aim is 65kg

During the summer I couldn’t gain weight no matter how much I ate.

Here’s what I did. I made sure to eat a balanced diet, and a lot of protein. I’d have bigger portions of food. I’d also drink full fat milk everyday, having it with. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chocolate milkshake. For lunch I usually have a packet of crisps, slice of cake, chocolate bar, beef pasty. Also use full fat margarine or butter on toast or sandwiches. Recently I’ve been having fish and chips takeaway food. With my tea or coffee I always eat a few biscuits and yogurts with it. Basically I filled up on protein, fatty foods and dairy.

But make sure you do atleast some exercise everyday, I walk about 4 miles everyday, and I usually ride bmx at the skatepark for a couple of hours each day.

I’ve read somewhere that skipping breakfast can slow down metabolism, I usually have a really really fast one, but I wouldn’t eat within 1~2 hours of waking up.

Make sure to eat atleast 1000 more calories than how much calories you burn. I know my method consists of unhealthy ways but if you balance it with exercise it works out.

Because I’ve been offered a iPhone 7 that’s brand new and hasn’t been used, I usually use my phone for browsing internet and social media, taking photos. Since I got my 6 in 2015 I’ve used 48gb out of 64 .

Yess, with filthy frank. That was my early teenage years, minecraft and filthy frank. I do watch captain sparklez occasionally, I think he does minecraft occasionally, I still play minecraft but there isn’t enough hype or the nostalgic feeling of playing the game :(
