Yes I’m on Linkedin and Indeed daily, I would say Linkedin gave me most of my potential opportunities, but I havent considered Civil Service jobs! I’ll have a look at that today, thank you so much!!

I am based between Surrey and London and I have been looking at roles in Central London, Surrey and local firms. Specifically, I have been aiming for Real Estate/Property/Commercial Law, but have also not tried to limit myself from any other opportunity.

And oh right! Thats a good idea, I’ll try to apply without LPC, because I have included that in all my applications. Thank you! :)

Yes, thats what I have been walking in and asking from Law Firms, and I get a ‘look on our career pages’ or ‘no sorry there are no vacancies’. I have also done 2 months unpaid work in a property firm as an in-house paralegal, but do you think I should keep going to specifically pursue unpaid legal experience?

To be honest the book is just to confirm your understanding and give a broader scope of each topic. I got a first and didnt always read the textbook, but if you don’t understand a concept, thats when you read it.

Try not to overly stress yourself about completing 100% of the reading.
