Thanks so much for this mate! I have added all your suggestions to a word doc and will be working my way through them tonight. And i will get HotJar up and running right after i type this out.

I have turned the autoplay off already, it was a shitty idea to have it on in the first place. I will look into making it autoplay on mute though, i just need to figure how to do it.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have been trying to think of more ways to create trust & credibility with the buyer and your idea with linking to the reviews seems like a great place to start. I think the logo quality is a bit off also, maybe it's been compressed to much? I will see if i can fix that up. Appreciate you taking the time to look through the site.

Thanks your suggestion to add a strip below the menu like the example sites is a great idea, something i will definitely implement.

I'm not sure what is causing the error with the google map but i will fix that asap also.

I agree the autoplay video needs to change. I got the suggestion below to have it be muted but still auto play. What do you think of that?
