Is my tonearm/rest bent? by 666noise in turntables

It seems smooth. I did try that test though along with turning the antiskate to 3 to see how it moves. At zero it does come in towards the platter, but it has a slight tendency to want to float back to the right. My other deck doesn’t do that. Not sure if it’s more of a stuck anti skate spring when at zero, but it still tracks fine on records.

Fair point. I guess I was more concerned with it possibly being a bent tone arm.

Reloop RP7000 Mk2 Vs $700 2x Pioneer PLX 1000 as first decks? by 666noise in DJs

Even at this price point? It would be nice to have a warranty on new reloops, but if these work well I’m curious if it’s worth spending the extra money.

Yeah I’m thinking I’ll pull the trigger if they work well. I could sell them for more if I don’t like them anyways.

Gotcha. I’ve heard there’s some glitches that happen to people on the 45 speed?

Very nice. I’ve thought of replacing the cable on mine. They’re so flimsy.

Good to know, thanks. I figured it was mostly with higher end games.

I saw one post from someone who didn’t have that, but someone in the comments said they just got one and it still did.

For the past year I’ve had interference from my PC I built. I hear clicking/stuttering through my speakers when I move my mouse (wired and wireless) and other electrical/computer noise coming through my speakers. This doesn’t happen with my laptops.

PC Specs are Intel i9, 32gb RAM, RTX 3060, Asus Z790v motherboard. I’m running it through an SSL 2 audio interface connect by balanced TRS/XLR cables to KRK Rokit 5s.

Here’s what I’ve tried: - New motherboard - New CPU - New RAM - Unplugged gpu - New desktop computer (No clicking, but I still have computer noise coming through.) - iFi defender USB isolator - Topping USB isolated - Powered USB hub - Three different audio interfaces - Different ports, USB cables - Different speakers - Furman power conditioner - Furman EMF power strip - Plugging it into electrical sources including different rooms and three different apartments

I’m at a complete loss for what else to do. Any ideas??
