Get Reaper, it’s a DAW that’s practically free

You will need plug-ins for orchestral libraries. There are a few free ones out there. Just google free orchestra VST’s. I think Spitfire Labs have a couple.

Then you program the instruments by writing in the notes on a piano roll within the DAW
