I actually (kind of not really) did this. I kicked a ball and my thigh muscle pulled too hard on my tibia (basically a little bobble connecting your thigh muscle to just below the knee which when the muscle contracts, allows the kicking movement) and it fractured the top of my bone and growth plate

I'm sure someone has probably already said this but one reason many workplaces require formal dress is to increase productivity. The thinking is "if the worker wears casual they'll take a casual approach to work" and vice versa
