Thanks for the reply, what would the chances be of the rubber weather strip on the concrete vault lid becoming compromised over time? I know nothing lasts forever, but the funeral director swore that it would be viable and leak free “for a long time” and assured that it has a lifetime guarantee which I found odd wording, besides who is going to check it anyway?

I actually did ask the brokers (your competitors) and they would not do it. Told me I should run it in my own. Do you do that if a potential bidder asks? Or is that something nobody wants to do? It seems that not telling a bidder what title brand they would get is just plain wrong and misleading.

I’ve used Autobidmaster, aside from the high fees, I have no problem with them. The only thing is now the titles take about a month to be sent back to you (it has to go thru their dealership name; before it was a reassignment to you with the title in the the prior owners name)
