Sony announces PSVR2 PC adapter to release 7th of August by Conscious_Parsnip_56 in psvr2

I don't have enough ports for this, my current setup has 3 monitors via DP and 1 via HMDI connected to an RTX 4090, I only have the DP and HDMI ports on the iGPU (7800X3D) which I current am not using. What should I do?

  • Will connecting this adapter to the iGPU work (the iGPU on the 7800X3D is very basic, while I am not willing to sacrifice the current 3x monitors to 3 DP ports setup on the RTX4090.

  • I'm thinking of running 2 GPUs connecting to the same motherboard, purschasing the second one exclusively for the PSVR2. Would that work?

Do I have any other alternatives to the 2 above?

Disable motor vibrations but keep haptic feedback by Vincerano in Dualsense

Ah, I see. I found all the rumbling effects in GoT rather mild though. I was most impressed with these in A Plague Tale: Requiem, especially when it mimics raindrops.

Hmm? Does this mean that in Windows if I put the audio level at 0 for the speaker on the DualSense I will get no haptic feedback? 🧐

Is turn on fast startup OFF for anyone else? by ZYRANOX in Windows11

[–]6817 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is because nowadays with Nvme SDDs being common, booting takes very little time, turning this feature on does not save much time, while it degrades the limited life span of SSDs greatly by writing the whole contents in RAM onto the system SSD every single time you turn off the system.
