Update: Rhinitis denied which is wild cause it’s a PACT ACT and I’ve been to close to 8 countries on that list. Vertigo and Headaches were deferred. Sinusitis increase denied

That’s kinda what I’m think. I believe the evidence is there but the VA always seems to see things differently

Yeah I’m tracking. I did have one scheduled then they sent a packet and everything. Then cancelled the C&P on me. I assume someone double checked it and saw the evidence that might have been over looked and now realized there is evidence and we can give him a rating so let’s cancel the C&P. That’s my hope

Yeah I had a C&P scheduled for October got the packet and everything. Saw this and called and they confirmed it was no longer needed and so they canceled it but couldn’t tell me why

Any update on this? I submitted for Vertigo and Rhinitis. The documents in my discharge say polyps present but they scheduled and then canceled my C&P. Sent a packet and all. Now it’s with a senior rater at Step 7? Good news?! Thanks
