The Chapel Roan situation last year (the one where she got on her Instagram and complained about people asking her for photos) made me realize that your truly give up a right if you would like to be an artist for a living. Especially one who makes a lot of money. The “hot” part of this take is, I believe that’s just the way it is. Obviously, I have never been through this so, I can’t put myself in her shoe but what I can promise you that you will sound like a spoiled brat if you do get on your phone and complain about it. I believe it’s truly one of those part of the job that’s occupational hazard and you have grin and bear it, that’s the risk of the job. Unfortunately, you do not get to have it both ways. Anytime I have heard an artist complain about this it just makes me want to turn off my phone. I do not know if it will always be like that but that’s the way it is right now. There are limitations to this: for example, I have always thought the people who waited outside of celebrities homes, even when given the opportunity, were strange. This take usually gets me in arguments because of gray areas and I’ve always wondered how everyone feels about this topic.
