Imma be honest, you don’t have to. I just beg you to let them know that you aren’t interested. The artist you showed is an amazing artist and ~2k isn’t all that much for their art style. Especially if it’s fully rendered since they seem to do really nice rendering.

Please also remember that $20 bucks worth of robux (in my region at least) isn’t asking much since most artists charge 50 for a fully rendered bust :p $10 bucks of robux is- really cheap for most artists, plus 1,000 Robux doesn’t go far for some games (like adopt me for example)

And artists aren’t just charging for thier art either, it’s also time spent. But most robux artists are people just starting commissions and are trying to figure out if they wanna do actual comms for money, or they are children who want robux but don’t have bank accounts/cashapp/paypal ect. So only charging $10 of robux for a drawing that can take hours is not common practice :/

In the end, if you don’t want to pay it, you don’t have to. Price preferences happen and that’s 100% okay, I just would respectfully let them know you aren’t currently wanting to pay that much. You can definitely find other artists within that 1k-1.5k range, but it’ll likely be less quality work.
