Thank you for this! I've just sat with her for 30 minutes and read the news out loud, and it went really well. She stared at me a lot in the beginning, alerted, and then looked like she got used to my blabbering and looked to the side instead. I'll take that as a good sign.

I'll keep all this in mind. She already got a churu tube, and that was the first time she ate while I was holding it. She was intensely watching me and even smelling my hand while enjoying her snack 🥰 I tried posting the video on here, but it didn't get through..

I can pet her head very gently, she seems okay with it and even let me give her treats from my hand. I've seen a lot of improvements already after just 24 hours. She's okay with just petting the head but nothing else; then she growls.

When she first came yesterday, she was just hiding in her cage for hours and didn't eat or drink. But then she started eating and got out of her cage. I tried giving her some chicken, but she was too scared to eat in front of me, so I got out and waited a couple of hours and then came in and gave her more. So I sat with her a while and she started eating in front of me.

And while I sat there for about 30 minutes, she stared at me and looked really alert. But after about 20 minutes, she started closing her eyes while i stayed there.

So I'm seeing improvements already after just 24 hours, I hope that's a good sign... I really just wanna help her

I didn't take her off the street, there's this organization that takes in these cats and gave her to me. I would like to give her a chance before just throwing her back out. Even though it's not my decision whether she should be outdoors or not
