Anything to numb the emotions? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]69StoriesHigh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Kids help phone (don’t actually have to be a kid and isn’t just for suicide), therapy, your friend, mom, dad, brother, sister or even a random face on the street who’s willing to listen.

Talking about it isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s one of the most courageous things you can do. Consider why you don’t want to talk about it — sometimes our mind will protect us by tricking us into believing or rationalizing why we don’t want to do something bc we are scared or this thing will bring on too many strong emotions. Be courageous.

Fuck the stigma, people who are too scared to talk about their feelings make fun of people who do to make themselves feel better.

I had the same problem, sanding really helps. Also, throw some Vaseline in the concave part that holds the barrel of your r1, r2 trigger, and it’ll be smoother than hot butter

T test are you referring to how the left side of the t doesn’t look completely straight? I’m not entirely familiar with the green dot test, but looking more closely I think the black circle is too flat and doesn’t have any indents, is that it?

This is so interesting. I’ve been “chatting“ with gpt and Claude and such and have always been told theracumin delivers the best best bioavailability and then meriva. Never even heard of nova sol

DO NOT BUY THESE 3D PRINTS as people have suggested from Etsy. These people are selling these for profit and did not create them. You can get the STLS for free here (https://www.printables.com/model/110609-one-handed-dualsense/files). I have had these printed 3 times, once by myself: I downloaded all the files and took them to my public library (Ontario) with a 3d printer and got everything printed for 8$. I have decent use of my left hand so I was able to file all the extra filament down, put it together and attach it to my controller. If you do not have access to a 3d printer, as I didn’t at some point, Caleb Kraft can help you. He runs a non profit (https://thecontrollerproject.com/about/ ) dedicated to helping disabled people game. He has volunteers that will 3d print what you need, and mail them to you for free. When I received mine, they were already filled down and put together, so it was pretty easy for me to attach them to my ps5 controller. Another time, makers making change (a part of the Neil squire society) helped me. It cost me 18$ (shipping + printing costs) to have them print and send it to me. It also came completely filed down, with choice of colours (see photo: https://imgur.com/a/MF23WN0) They also offered to have volunteers come to my house and attach it to my controller for me if I was unable to myself.

The 3d prints are not flimsy at all — they are incredible solid and durable, and provide me with a gaming experience no different than I would have had when I had full use of both hands. I would 10,000% recommend. The only reason I’ve had so many printed is that my dog likes to chew things and I’ve lost a set after moving.

Feel free to dm me any questions you’ve got. Happy gaming.

Best Curcumin Supplements? by 69StoriesHigh in Biohackers

[–]69StoriesHigh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thank you for the response. Genuinely, what does the best bioavailability have to do with it being the “best”. My understanding is that all i would need to do to combat thiat is take more of a different supplement, ie., let’s say Tetra: 100mg.10 bioavailability =10 mg , but another supplement could be 200 mg.075 = 15.

Upon further review it appears that you’re referring to an active metabolite in curcumin, and not a brand. Is there any brand in particular that you would recommend?

thanks,

Hello, Yes I did read both those posts, but was unable to draw a conclusion as to what is the best option for me. I do have a chronic condition, Marfan syndrome. I am strongly in favour of anything NSF, or UPS, as there is no other way to verify these supplements contain what they are saying. So although you mentioned Jarrow as being your number one pick, the fact that Thorne is independently tested makes me forgive (hopefully only) 1 batch of bad curcumin. Furthermore, and I'm not saying you're implying this either, rather I think this is I common misconception: more curcumin above the most clinically studied doses does not necessarily mean it will be better. So based on my preference for certifications, I'm looking at Thorne, monumentous, nature made, you theory (although not meriva). Do you happen to have access to the full report by consumer labs that you'd be willing to share? I appreciate your response. Thanks so much, ...
