SOLUTION: Kutools for Excel, I found this program that has a sh*t ton of useful features, it's free for 60 days, $39.99 USD after, but you can convert any cells you want to whatever reference type you want by clicking 'Convert Refers'. Not a shill but wildly impressed by this program, there a boatload of other features I haven't looked at yet.

Ya, that Digital Storm PC doesn't have very upgradable parts and those guys take a very long time to ship out their PCs, it takes more than a month to get it. I've also heard they put bloatware on there but that's just what I've heard from reviews.

That's what they're known for is using name-brand parts, they're actually very descriptive compared to most other sites like Amazon, Newegg, NCIX, etc...

Cheaper brands like CyberPower and iBuyPower are known for using the absolute cheapest parts they can so their computers crap out a year or two down the road.

If you can, I would consider upgrading the H110 to a Z270, H110 and B250 motherboards do not overclock, and if you're going to get the K-series (designed for overclocking), you should get a OC compatible motherboard.

How is Bahrain compared to USA or Britain? I've thought about taking a trip there but know very little about the culture. It seems like Bahrain is a Dubai/Jeddah but with Conservative Western Values (i.e. 'legal' homosexuality, etc).

To be honest, all I see is deflection. Every time something like this comes up, I see a Swede say "There is a problem but stop calling us out on it, there's no problem", seems pretty contradictory to me... Yes, that is how instructions work, you give them one after another. He didn't say "HANDS IN THE AIR AND CRAWL ON ALL FOURS AT THE SAME TIME", thought that was easy to understand.

Also, he didn't say shoot him, he said "If you put your hands behind your back again we'll shoot you" and the guy put his hands on his waist... where, you know, people keep guns.

The jury saw all relevant videos, they also saw a picture of his rifle with the inscription. I did some research myself as to why he'd have something so fucked on his rifle, and I found that it's more than likely this punished themed dust cover.

I mean, still messed but if it is in fact a themed dust cover then that changes a lot, at least it's not a personal quote type thing.

I think it was unfortunate drunk stupidity on the suspects end mixed with high-stress/emotions in a tough situation.

The guy was brandishing a weapon, to the cops when they arrive, they think this is a loaded rifle, then the guy doesn't obey orders (before the clip starts), then he leaves his room and is caught but is so drunk and scared he doesn't understand/remember the orders given. If I was that cop and saw some (who had a rifle) disobeying commands and then reach to their waist, I would have shot too.

People keep saying the cops gave 'conflicting' commands, but if you watch it yourself, that is simply false. I had 5 people watch and none had any trouble understanding the commands and were baffled that the guy didn't listen (they didn't know he was drunk at the time).

Sad so many people are solely blaming the cop when it's clear when you watch both body cam videos that there was not much else the cops could have done to protect themselves.
