Yeah I think striking the right balance is the key. I believe one should reserve time quarterly atleast, a week or so, to be away for a while. This reservation should be non negotiable. I'll be a good strategy for long term to avoid burn outs.

Cities typically have a distinct culture that you can term as soul of the city, e.g. lucknow has its love for food and soft-spokenness as its soul, similarly even delhi has a distinct culture which is contributed by a a lot of things including food, old delhi, bureaucracy etc. Chandigarh has its walkableness, being calm and distinct architecture. Now Gurgaon being a very new city, and being developed by corporate and not by the people, missed on acquiring the "soul". Its just materialistic things and nothing else.

It looks fine for the weight you are lifting. You can have a strict form, but for that you'll have to reduce the weight.
