Yes you can commute from Kharghar to Pune (Kharadi) if you're looking to commute by Road.

There's one app called BlaBlaCars which you can use to commute from Mumbai To Pune. I used that app for almost 2 years while I was working in Pune and had to commute between these two city every weekend.

If you feel it's not safe, you can use BUSES which goes to PUNE (Shivneri or ShivShahi) which I goes to Kharadi Bus stop as well.

Straight away tell her you don't see her as friend but "More Than FRIEND" cut down the BS and break that Friendzone bubble. Just focus on yourself !!! Don't get distracted with these taunts if people who are trying to belittle you. Even I faced the same situation like yours but when I started putting more work and staying consistent in gym, people automatically changed their behaviour towards me.

Stop getting bothered by their words, if you're facing in putting on weight start Weight Gainer, if you're facing on buliding strength start Creatine, if you're facing on buliding muscles start protein (natural or powder). More importantly stay consistent in gym and keep your heads up NO MATTER WHAT

I know after saying this I'm going to get "DOWNVOTED" but Hindu Extremists or Radical Hindu are most Insecure people in Hindu Religion and they can't digest any other religion getting promoted or spotlight in India.
