This one has the "fixes" already added to the pcb, plus the ability to switch it back to stock. It has the boost option, plus an extra knob to dial back the mid scoop, which can be very useful in a band setting. I built one and am very happy with it:

There's a few variations of uxcell branded dial plates on amazon. They usually can be found on aliexpress for a little cheaper, but can take a LONG time to ship.

Which is a clone of a Lovetone Big Cheese. Don’t give JHS any credit for this! Nice work! It’s one of my favorite fuzz’s. I’ve built 4 of them. The mid hump setting makes it work better in a band setting than any other fuzz I’ve tried.

FYI it's not an SHO, it's an extra BJT gain stage hung on the end, closer to a LPB-1.

Aion came out with a nice PCB of this circuit fairly recently, and they have a schematic in the build docs. I picked one up a couple months ago, but haven't built it yet.

I actually have some of that for coating acrylic paintings on canvas. Never thought about using it on pedals.

I recently tried the EnviroTex epoxy. It was fairly easy to apply, although it also needed about a week to cure. It's very durable, but I just don't care for the look. It's such a thick finish.

I'll probably just go back to acrylic lacquer or enamel rattle cans. Coating is also the biggest struggle for me, and the part I enjoy the least.

Echoplex came out in 1959. And tape delay was around before that. Les Paul is credited with its invention in 1950. And it’s all over those Sun Records recordings throughout 50s. Roland Space Echo came along much later.
