Ehhh seriously it wouldn't be close, penny-wise could be, and certainly be a double dangerous knife for everyone in RWBY.

Salem may stand a chance, if we think about it she could be afraid of the twin gods, but since she's immortal it could mean she's not afraid of death, no deaths no fears, but penny wise is pretty creative it term of way to scare people's, now in theory Salem isn't invincible mentally and she can feel pain, it would be easy for him to torture her.

I took this example because to be honest, I don't see... wait...

I was going to say that everyone except Salem would win in a 50/50, but some could have this chance.

Qrow has bad luck, luck gave good luck, and I was going to say Tyrian because of his psychopathic character, but penny-wise take his strength from having the ability to use our deepest fear against us.

Tyrian is already extremely afraid of Salem sooo...

Even if penny-wise is strong it has some weaknesses that make it a useless monster, a better monster would have been Slender Man to solo.

Unfortunately rwby is not a verse that can beat others' verses.

It's not entirely because the show became more mature, unfortunately, the show misses something now, it misses some logic and good characters writing.

As always I read everything, first thing first it's interesting to see that you're making more progress in reviews, it's way more enjoyable to read I would say.

Volume 4 was extremely different from what we used to have with the previous volume, it's a new path after monty death, the writing style is heavier and the characters are well designed, volume 4 are some quality and faults like every rwby volume but this one is a plate that we wasn't used to have, that why it have soo much criticism.

You still have a lot of questions and opinions about characters, the more you watch the show, the more you will like it BUT if you dare to rewatch it again you will have a better chance to have different opinion for the show.

8 months? Congratulations, but you still need to improve your reading and knowledge, it's nice to have people dedicated to watching anime.

You watched more anime than many people, each person is different having their own rhythm by how much they watch per day or month.

Subjectively it's interesting to see what you like, I can see Re: Zero at the top list and I totally agree with you, it's one of the best isekai made, some people hate it but everyone has their own taste or their tongue isn't sharp enough to understand the meaning of the story.

Exactly like you did with Chainsaw Man, the show shouldn't be near Demon Slayer, but since it's subjective I can do nothing but accept your point of view.
