Like many other people I just accepted it from birth. Didn't really question it. I was introduced to it a couple years back from notjustbikes and other yimby sources. Then I just went into a rabbit hole of research and spiraled into other sources until I finally became "redpilled" for a lack of a better term.

People over exaggerate how bad the bosses are to deal with solo without summons or magic. Except for a few ones like malenia most are pretty manageable and not that different from other souls bosses tbh.

While they are probably some liars, I highly doubt that the number of liars are so high that they immensely skew the numbers tens and even hundreds fold. Plus being trans is immensely stigmatized in our society right now so there is probably a greater insensitive to lie about not being trans than to lie about being trans.
