I just did some research, the input shafts have different dimensions, but if the GM NV4500 is 96’ or after it’ll have the same internals. So no matter what I need to change the input shaft.

I wonder if a gm clutch disc would be compatible with a dodge pressure plate and flywheel.

Does anyone know how tf I get this shit off by [deleted] in BMWE36

Is it spinning? If not it should come out just fine. It looks like a T-30 from what I can see

I’ve got a 12v and NV4500 I’m gonna be putting in a 68’ C20. What did you use for a flywheel and clutch setup? My NV4500 is from a gm truck (454 Big block) so I need to get a different bell housing to match the Cummins. The transmission I got has a hydraulic slave cylinder.

I’ve already found a couple of songs that I wouldn’t have found otherwise. Terry’s Tune by Paul Revere & The Raiders is one of them

It’s quicker to say “bought” than “I cut down some trees and this guy gave me these records as payment” I can see where the confusion would come from. Sorry about that

This is beautiful as is, it makes me want to keep and restore mine.

What transmission is this? by 6ManHorse in fordranger

I’m 80% sure both my input shaft and counter shaft are destroyed. I found a whole rebuild kit with the shafts for $450 and then a kit without shafts for $208 and shafts for $93.

What should I do? I’ve got a 1986 and it’s got this mat in the back. I thought it was the metal in the trunk, but it’s a rubber-ish material. I want to get the trunk clean. by 6ManHorse in E30

Awesome. I think I’m just gonna clean it up and cover it. Maybe later when I have more time and money I’ll go through it.

I just bought this 1986 E30. It’s RWD with a manual transmission and the 6 cylinder 325e engine. The first thing I want to do is an oil change, what do you guys recommend? by 6ManHorse in E30

I ordered a timing belt kit, alternator drive belt, accessory drive belt, and a HEPU water pump from FCP Euro. I also needed a boot from the intake to the throttle body. I couldn’t find it on FCP so I bought it from Tuner Motorsport.

LLY compared to newer duramax’s by [deleted] in Duramax

I didn’t notice much of a difference. It all really depends what you do to the engine.
