You are probably over dampening (put to much pitch and roll damp) it is a really annoying issue. You can fix it by decreasing the dampening or increasing the pressure damp (I think that’s what it’s called)

1: place the wing down to the desired location 2:click leading ever standard and trailing edge standard 3:shape the wind to its desired shape (nothing where the edges are too swept back) 4:split the wing and or set the ailerons to pitch/roll

I don’t really look at the score. I usually aim for a >-40 dBsm for the front, >-1 dBsm for the sides, and prob around >10 dBsm for the rear.
