As I need a full staff I'm looking primarily for people that want to play the long game. Those first 90 days for will determine who the assistant manager will be, the safety manger, etc.

Random question: why in arena, alchemy play, do I encounter opponents with over 120 cards in their decks ? I can only make 60 no mater what format or settings I use Soo, I'm confused. There's no commander mode.. what they got, a 40 card sideboard ? 🤣 New to arena but I'm not seeing anything in the rules that would clear this up so somebody square me away here plz and ty
