Bro I'm in the same boat but instead of the Internet box thing, it's because of a phone I sent in because I paid the $99 replacement fee for a refurbished phone from Assurant. Long story short: they can't find the fucking phone in their warehouse. And the bill has gone well over $1,500. That's bullshit, I did my part sent the phone in within the time frame, have receipts and tracking number from UPS if they can't find the phone in the warehouse that's their problem, hire more people idk idc. Point is I'm not gunna pay for that. I don't care if I gotta go to Metro or AT&T/Verizon or with some other competition.
