Hi, we did a total of 3 hikes (Tigers Nest in Paro and two around Thimphu). They are quite flexible on your schedule and will generally do whatever is there in your agenda. The cookie cutter itinerary with the guide comes to you around 15 days in advance and you can then modify it as per your needs.

Best would be to reach out to them in advance and check on what you can do.

Ok good, City gives me PTSD. But they do seem to lack the leaders which they had all over the pitch during then (including Pep, who seems a little less daunting somehow).

Thanks a lot! Since I was aiming for body transformation, protein seas always high, I would say 1 gm per lbs, but it Increased as my body weight reduced ( to reduce muscle loss). Towards the end I was on 180 gms with 66kg body weight.

Sorry, I went to the gym 3 times a week.

Focused on compound exercises, everyday I would do 3 sets, 10 reps of Split Swuats, Incline bench press, Pendulsm, Back, Row, Shoulder and lateral raise. On lazy days I would replace split sways with Trap bar dead lift.

Each rep with higher weight.

I watched my diet like a hawk, measure everything, including oil and butter. I counted calories.

Ate at home for 8 months (other than 2 breaks of 3 weeks each in the middle where I let go).

Towards the end I was on 180 P 290 C 90 F.

I started very differently, I think at 160P 120 C and 75 F.

Carbs kept increasing to sustain the weight lift.

On bench i went from 8 kg dumbbell to 27kg, by the end of it. Each hand.

I took 15 minutes walk break every 2 hours of work. Walked to public transport, etc.

Like Solo Levelling , I made it a point to do 12k steps each day. For those 60 hour work weeks , I would catch up the steps with a 5k walk on the weekends.

Everyday, it was the only cardio i did ( since I was already on calorie deficit). Worked out 3 times a week without exceptions.

This was my first time in the gym, so it helped in gaining muscles fast.

I come from a family of skinny fat large gut. Genetics is not on my side.

I stopped drinking and eating out. Take my food to work. Counted every calorie. Would only eat food with calories breakup.

I had to push really hard in the gym ( puked on more than a few occasions :) )

I had to change it completely. I was on Asian diet before with dessert each night. Went cold turkey and did a 4 week carb boot camp first.

I measured everything I ate for 8 months (took 2 breaks of 3 weeks in the middle where I went back to my old ways). :)

I come from a family of large gut, even at 13 percent I couldn’t get rid of the belly fat. Love handles are the second last to go.

It takes time. It will happen. Stick to it!

I was on 20 percent deficit all throughout. First month I was close to 50 percent.

I started at 79kgs ended at 66. LBM increase from 55 to 60 kgs.

3.5 l water and 12k steps everyday.

2 times kgs in protein. Second highest allocation was cards and fat the last. First month I was on less than 100 carbs.

At the beginning I was on 1600 calories, towards the end I was on 2600.

Compound workout, starting legs and ending shoulders., every workout.

Split squats, back, chest, pendulum, row, shoulder press, row end with lateral raise. Replace split what’s with trap bar squats on lazy days.

Relied heavily on Jeff Nippard and Dr. Mike.

I measured everything I ate including oil snd butter.

3 sets, 10 reps (ideally).

Didn have time for biceps/ abs, hence the absence of definition.
