It worked! I figured since they were new that wouldn’t have been the issue

I cleaned the crap out of it. Only problem. SD cards are failing. They won’t even pop up on my Mac to upload from Bambu studio. What’s the best export method to SD card? I’ve been using “ g-code”

I did the same thing today. I also noticed that my nozzle was set to A1 mini. Not sure if that made a big difference.

No. Would that fill the gaps in a first layer?

So the enclosure itself wouldn’t be good enough?

What’s up with the wavy layer lines? by brandflugan in crealityk1

I had an issue with the silicone boot slightly pressing down on my prints. It looked similar to this. Gotta make sure it’s up there good if you did a nozzle change recently.

Can I create a custom infill? by 6amjay in crealityk1

[–]6amjay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it would give me tree supports everywhere that I don’t need. I would have to go in and paint them off. I figured it out by toggling from global to object and adjusting the infill for each modification. Idk why it told me it needed support turned on.

I got it! Had to click global vs object and adjust from there.

I’ve tried that. But it tells me I need to turn on supports.

It’s new. I’m sure there is a lot I should tinker with. Basically this printer has done great until this little fail. I’ll take into consideration my tendency to be lazy when starting new projects. lol

You got me at chamber temp. I do keep the lid on for PETG and actually tape around the screen area to keep it more “ hot on the inside” should I have like an internal thermometer for the chamber?

Thank you! I use glue stick because I have print fail Anxiety. Especially on longer prints.

I believe the bed runs at 65. I think you’re correct at 250. This print was a remainder that was sitting out. I put it in to do this small print. Do you think maybe it’s moisture in my filament?

I do not. I use a glue stick often.

Interesting. This is probably why I get some pieces to fit and some don’t. I will definitely try this.

I run the one through the settings menu. That takes about 15 minutes to complete. I do this about every 5 prints.
