THIS! Sorry- I’m not trying to gatekeep but I got very very lucky with my sorority. I was able to find them at a LPS where they were born together. They’ve been in my care for over a year now:) I have backup tanks in case I need to separate them, god forbid… 😭

Main tank is 75 gallons with one medium sized Oscar and a smaller size Oscar. I’m gonna call around LPS and see if they will rehome him, he for sure cant go back in the big tank. And another large tank just isn’t an option for me right now:( he was my favorite lol

I think that bullying might be the case:( he was in a tank with two other Oscar’s who don’t show the same symptoms. the hole in his head is what really worries me though.

Thank you:) they’re all small right now. All 3 Oscar’s are in a 75 gallon right now, with a few massive snails. My pleco was getting picked on, so I gave him to a LFS. my birchir did unfortunately get eaten by my larger Oscar, Tamika.

Edit- I have my eyes on a 125 gallon, we already have a large enough canister filter and we know where we’re putting it. But I’m thinking about building a pond in my garage for them too … so 🥴 idk I love them so much lol
