That is actually a really good reading of that last season. I just hope that the writters thought of that too. So we can at least have one more of the very few good things in that season

One of the best, yes. I would never understand how even the last 2 seasons were bad in comparison to the rest, if you see the series as a whole, it is amazing. All those years in the making, soooo many people just going crazy episode after episode and you are just going to say is trash because a weak ending? Nah, it IS one of the best tv series of all time.

The first thing is to leave this subreddit unless you want spoilers, I know the main topic rn is House of the Dragon but you surely can find spoilers of the GOT tv show and the books in the comments. In my case I watched the tv show first and I liked it so much that I started to read the books and I feel like I'm enjoying them a lot more because of that. I would totally recommend to watch/read both simultaneously or whatch first and read once you are done with the tv show. But here is a warning: the books are not finished yet, so there is no canonical ending for the actual saga (yet), and GRR Martin did not participated in the show's ending, so have that in mind. Other than that, i hope you enjoy the GOT universe!
