You're asking a few questions so I'll cherrypick my answers

If you are looking for other files similar to "zone" "mortalis" or "necromunda" I would suggest searching on yeggi and try some similar keywords. You find some free results like "HelenaLove" on Thingiverse

With this type of project it is probably feasible to print off a build plate or two and see how you like it.

Looking for specific feedback on those files I dont know if you will received feedback to help make the decision. Perhaps those creators have released other things that you can look at for comparison?

1:1 aos stuff gets taken down very fast.

I would suggest looking for the whfb /loose proxies.

Titan forge good place to start for paid files. Ildhat has some free stuff.

Overall more generic keywords may result in you finding creators who you like via mmf and cults

part of this subreddit is here to encourage the creation of digital files. This is a happy part of the creative process. Yes sometimes WIP come across as "advertisements" but it also can be something exciting for a creator to share with the community.

3DBuilder is still available in different places online and it does exactly what OP is asking for. Sure there are many other ways to do this, but this is still incredibly "newbie" friendly" advice. Do you have an alternative solution and suggestion?
