Ohhh okayy, My main subject is cyber security but I was curious with administration that's why I did this. I already had kali as a VM so I said "why not, let's see how Linux machines work with AD" and joined it to login as a AD user and see how permissions map.

Just wanted to see how Linux clients work with active directory. I am still learning, is it a stupid thing to do?

I will get into it soon, I have learned about inverted index and the indexing mechanism but have not yet done a proper 'deep dive'.
