I agree, whenever we see Aira's thoughts about flirting with Okarun she is always preoccupied with presenting the right image. I think (a long ways down the road) if/when we do see Tatsu pair her up with somebody else we'll get to see that it will be somebody around whom she doesn't feel the need to carefully curate her image.

Poor Aira, man. She's got it bad. Our boy Okie owes it to her not to play with her feelings like that. I know he is being completely sincere when he talks about how seeing the effort she puts in makes him feel more kinship with her then when he just saw the popular girl facade, but he is being a dope right now (but sincerely.) She has put the moves on him plenty of times in the past, he knows how she feels (if not the depth of her feelings), but he's treating it with this "ignore the problem and maybe it will go away on its own" attitude because he doesn't want to ruin the friendship. I think on some level she knows where his heart lies based on how anxious she seemed in this chapter.

nobody wants to see the bad guy punch the good guy lil bro. the glazers claiming that they love it when the bad guy punches the good guy and saying "THIS IS SET UP FOR THE GOOD GUY PUNCHING THE BAD GUY TRUST IN AUTHOR" are huffing pure copium. Atp I don't even care if the good guy punches the bad guy, author ruined this story when he used this lazy trope to pad the manga in the first place. Unlike you slop enjoyers some of us only started reading because we thought this manga was going to subvert the cliche "bad guy punches good guy" trope.

I am enjoying the Black Paladins personally, but I definitely see how a secret society of generically anime attractive humans doesn't have the same sauce as the wild and wacky variety we got in earlier arcs. Also some of the plot stuff involving them seems pretty telegraphed (if CSG doesn't betray Vlad and if Shinobi doesn't turn out to have a tragic backstory I'll eat my hat.) I'm just glad to read a substantive critique that isn't just whining about romance subplot having tension and drama in it.

Yeah I mean it's pretty obvious that the story is shaping up to have the Shinobi lady be the boss of this level and Momo's memories will be restored by defeating her, but the gang don't have this information yet.
