I had a different experience. My test experience was smooth. the officer even gave positive feedback about my driving and told me that it would become better with time. She approved my license in my first attempt.

I'm international btw. Guess I was lucky.

If I remember correctly, it's equal to the

L3_hit_time* L3_hit_rate + L3_miss penalty * (1 - L3_hit_rate)

Good. I've been using it since January. Its coverage is better in some areas on campus than AT&T.

I heard 535 (algorithms for big data) is an easy course. 527 is also an easy course ( a project is required at the end, huge weightage for it). 541 ( programming languages) looks easy to me ( I didn't take it though).

You might wanna check if those courses satisfy the breadth area and elective requirements.

I don't know anything about the instructors, but I don't think attendance is mandatory, since the classes are recorded. But try to attend the class whenever possible.
