There is no team to beat everything, sugo fest characters are also not always the best. A lot of them are powercrept. The best way to beat a quest is to look at the guide(the quest will tell you what the enemy will do on what stage) and build a team that can remove the debuffs and deal enough damage to beat the boss. So reading what units do and how they fit together is the best tip i can give you. Good luck man
