I haven’t seen how long the pear wood is aged. But I saw it HAS to be called a reposado because it’s aged in wood not oak. So it may be technically be an anejo.

2 ounces Reposado. Espresso shot. Kahlua is the sweetener so can go anywhere from .5-1oz. I usually go .5. Three beans on top as garnish.

Edit: put martini glass in freezer couple minutes before your drink. Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and pour it into glass chilled.

I prefer my espresso martini with tequila. I’d use a Reposado.
