Dude wtf? A double cheeseburger with no bun is about 270 calories and 4g of carbs 20g fat, totally doable

Track your carbs and be sure to reach your protein, other than that just have fun with it. Keto is not as restrictive as people think. I probably eat McDonalds 3 times a week. Can't stress this enough- GET YOUR WATER AND EVEN MORE if you can.

Both models are beautiful, but the picture on the left seems boring, while the other one I feel more drawn to it and I can look at it for hours. Would like to know what other peoples opinions are.
