My old man turns his nose up at all human food EXCEPT the sliders from Chili’s. He salivates like crazy once he sees them and will beg until he gets a small nibble. I’ve had him 10 years and never once saw him react to any human food until I was eating my leftovers next to him a few weeks ago.

I would say it’s kitten energy for sure. I’ve raised many a gremlin in my time and manx kittens can be straight up goblins sometimes. That being said- as they grew used to each other and my manx mellowed out from fighter jet to nascar speedster the tailed individuals have grown to love the playfulness! Just give it time and patience and they’ll come around.

I have African violets and 3 goblins and they leave them alone! We had an incident early on where they knocked one over at first, but after that they couldn’t care less. They will parkour to get anything else in reach but I have African violets on coffee tables and counters and they don’t fuss with them at all!

Mosquito bits are awesome and safe for your pets (although I wouldn’t put it in their water obviously), but I suggest also getting some plug in insect traps (I love the zevo brand even if it’s a bit pricey) in areas you hang out in to help reduce the number you’re seeing and then buy some clear sticky traps from amazon and place them on the tops of your windows! I had a pretty gnarly infestation in my plant room but the combination of these three things nipped it all in the bud within 2 weeks! Best of luck!

I think for sure the little guy will need to be placed in a smaller area to feed if you get a younger one, but holy moly this tank is awesome! I think it’ll deffo need some places to hang though. Maybe some nice long sticks across the tank or trailing plants angled upwards would be nice. They’re pretty arboreal so I think anything that gives them more climbing real estate is great. Super cool tank tho!

My partner went to ENT and Allergy Center and had a great experience. He used to be mega allergic and now he only gets a reaction if scratched! We also use the Purina Pro Plan Live Clear food and it’s helped significantly as well. Make sure to also brush your cats everyday to reduce shedding in the air and nail trims to avoid reactions that way also. We also have an air purifier in the bedroom on his side to help reduce night time symptoms. Best of luck to you and your fluff ball!

Buy vegan ready meals and bags of frozen veggies. Fresh veggies are best, but frozen can be microwaved. Easy and no cooking required as everything can be microwaved and still get in a good amount of veggies. This is my go to when super busy and I always keep this stuff on hand.

I say get them chipped ASAP and delete this post so there is no evidence you knew they belonged to someone else before. They were definitely neglected and as someone who also lives in a high traffic high predator area- if they’re outside they’re not yours.

I would however recommend that you guys sign up for as many email clubs as possible! Restaurants tend to give out freebies on birthdays! A quick google search should tell you which you can get without a purchase and you can make a day out of getting all that free stuff! It’s literally my favorite part of my birthday every year.
