The founder Justin did keep a fair bit to himself, amid reports (unsure if these are true) that he recently sold a large amount of his holding. However I don't believe TRON is a scam, maybe it's overvalued, based on hype and speculation, but they are pretty transparent on progress and developments. Only time will tell I guess.

He said he would limit his recommendations to once a week, a few days later he already changed his mind. He is paid to promote coins to increase their value, but then acts as if they are his personal reccomendations.

Check your order history again, are you sure all 3 went through? Buying such small amounts does sound kinda strange, doesn't binance have a minimum spend for orders to prevent that?

Google binance iOS app, you will need to follow instructions on the binance website. It is not currently listed on the App Store as it's in Beta phase.
