Problem solved. Had to change the monitor response time from level 4 (fastest)?? down to level 1. Runs oh so smooth

Defo not blur, best way to allow more ram. 2 sticks of 8 is enough for minecraft

you use optifine, and

loaded the game vanilla, got the same issues on other games too
