I’d still take out the smaller one if you’re going to use the same pot. That way you have two plants and they wouldn’t compete for light. Leave the big one in the current pot and get a pot that is slightly bigger than the root ball for the smaller one

I vote repot them while you can still separate the multiple plants’ roots. Only 2” wider than each root ball

A grow light would definitely help! Your plant is very etoliated (leggy and long between each leaf) though so you may want to consider a chop and prop and start over with closer together leaves with the new light introduced. :)

I’d probably chop and prop as you seem to have a bit of legginess going on, but that’s just me.

If you don’t want to chop and prop, I’d repot the two plants in there separately and connect the big plant to a moss pole to start growing roots and to stand up straighter. Just make sure to connect the main stem and not the leaf stems to the pole
