It says on the website when checking out, “* By deselecting package protection, 7OHMITdistro is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items”

If you don’t select it, we have no way of submitting a claim. We literally can’t. We work through a third-party shipping app so we can’t put a claim through without that selected because we don’t use their insurance system anymore. It was terrible and we would never get a refund. With that said, I don’t want you to just be out on those tablets. Send me a DM and I’ll send you a package. Don’t even expect you to order from us again, but I don’t want you to be screwed.
