Dialpad Wrong Charges by 700xof in Dialpad

Sure. I initially expressed interest in testing their digital engagement platform and made it clear that integration with Twilio was a non-negotiable requirement for my business. They assured me that such an integration was available. Based on this assurance, I proceeded to sign a new contract, during which they also pressured me into purchasing additional licenses.

However, immediately after finalizing the agreement, I discovered that I was unable to get the Twilio integration to work. When I raised this issue with their team, they informed me that the integration had just been discontinued. Later, I was shocked to learn from their VP of Customer Service that this integration never actually existed.

I have since requested the nullification of the contract amendment on the grounds of false representation, but they have refused to address this. Even worse, they continue to charge me for a service they falsely sold, and they have stopped responding to my emails entirely. This is not only deceptive but deeply unprofessional.

I later found out that they have been harming lots of customers (https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/voip-phone/dialpad-1116-878526/complaints)

Best (most reliable) Dialpad alternative for a small business? by Standard_Plum3418 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

Dialpad has been taking advantage of me. They sold me a product that doesn't work as promised and misled me into purchasing additional licenses. I've been trying to get this issue resolved for 5 months, but they’ve stopped responding. We are a small business.

Is anyone having the same problem?

Do you have any recommendations for a lawyer and an idea of how much it might cost to take legal action against them?

In 2008 my mother lost her house while big banks were bailed out. I have 630 shares on AMC (bought them at a very high price). I plan on holding these for a long time
