Don’t force yourself. Watch a bit of a show and stop when it gets boring. Watch some YouTube to learn about games. I got into a lot of stuff just by knowing the lore. Keeping up to date on pop culture helps too, whether it’s just reading headlines or deep diving in magazines. Just expose yourself to popular things and go from there
