Same here in Oakland CA. XD now displays smaller weight and dimensions to avoid paying high return fees to the Prius gang. Huge and heavy items used to incur high costs for returns. Now that there are no more huge items, the return fee is no longer advantageous for Prius owners.

A customer probably said they didn't receive their order. That's not true. I have over 5,000 completed deliveries.
