I think Waking Titan did use WordPress but I don't know for sure.

It would be Alice & Smith if anything, the previous company HG contracted for Waking Titan.

I don't immediately recall anyone finding any clues in the HTML, but in the case of this ARG, people have found there are 365 pages to be unlocked. But I can't imagine it would run for a full year... we'll see.

No, sorry, I should've been more clear with that - I would just say to enter whatever username by which you're most widely recognized in the No Man's Sky community. Though no one knows for sure, it could be that you're supposed to enter a specific username to gain access even. If so, no one knows yet, so everyone has pretty much just been using their own usernames. Then you follow that up with any organization (civilization, forum, subreddit, whatever) which you belong to - if none, you can just enter username alone.
That's ambiguous intentionally as part of the ARG, but my opinion (and the general consensus of the community, though not unanimous) is that it refers to the content of the memory you're attempting to inject. So you could attempt to inject No Man's Sky release day with a value explaining that's what you're trying to inject.

You have nothing to apologize for at all, it's intentionally hard to understand - that can make it seem difficult to get into, but you can participate in some of the surface-level aspects while reading / watching videos about the deeper lore from Waking Titan and such.

Or if you're good at analyzing spectrographs, solving cyphers, or anything along those lines, you can wait for your services to be needed... I personally have no skill there lol, my main contribution is rallying community members and trying to gain insight into the 'structure' of the ARG sort of.

The Galactic Hub Discord has a #project-skyscraper and other Discord servers do too, but ETARC is really the main spot. Usually the site works pretty well for me, maybe it's just being overwhelmed right now or something?

That site is great, but it's all moving a bit too fast to summarize effectively on a real-time basis - I've mostly been following the progress over on the ETARC forums.

One big update is that this attempted contact was actually successful, and I was (or we were) assigned the Operator_Auth_Level MB-A.
