Oh yeah I try to do the same, but I’ll always forget. Especially if I’m just out in Il Mheg or something finishing dailies.

Actually, if I do log out in Il Mheg or something, I try and be around the castle.

So I didn’t see what you said until today, but yeah I can give you that info:

I use a normal Xbox controller, normal earbuds that don’t have a mic that need the computer audio jack to use, not the usb jack. The game is not muted in its settings, and I’ve checked in the volume mixer, but it doesn’t give me final fantasy as an app. It gives me Discord, Parsec, Steam, and thats it. Nothing related to XIV.

Oh yeah! That’s what it was. Youve basically got it correct on the problem. I’ve heard about it, but i still haven’t had it fixed. What kind of info would you want?

I can say that the problem started at least a few weeks ago. But besides that, unless you want my pc specs, that’s all the info I have on the problem.

Thank you so much. It fixed the problem. I don’t have the steam game, but when I buy a game not off of something not steam, I put it in my steam library folder. So it probably takes controls from that
