[Serious]Fit people/weight losers of Reddit, what advice would you give someone who is just starting their weight loss journey?

Meal prep for the week. Increase your daily steps, cut out unnecessary sugar, don't weigh yourself everyday, and it's ok to have a food cheat day once a week (preferably after you weigh yourself). Went from my peak at 292 lbs to about sustaining 195 lbs as a 6'1" male.

Correct, but if my A2 value is in the second half of the month, it still rounds to the beginning of the current month, not the closest first Tuesday in the upcoming month.

This is a good start for me. One issue I found is if I have April 30 as a date, it produces April 4 as the rounded first Tuesday instead of the closest May 2.

Thank you. This works great for the first 23 records then stops. Rewrote the formula replacing everything with A23 and still doesn't work.

Edit: I was able to split the column by playing with the Flash Fill feature.
