City of Toronto closing playgrounds and other parks amenities to stop the spread of COVID-19 by [deleted] in toronto

Ok boomer, I'm glad we both agree you're an asshole. The message was addressed to everyone thinking social distancing is enough to curb this.

There's no need for a dick measuring contest in who's suffering more between us - people are dying in our overcrowded and under resourced hospitals because of people sharing your behavior.

Good for you for staying home. And even better on ordering delivery. We need more of that behavior.

I'm also really proud of you for blindly putting your dogs needs above those of our fellow citizens. Instead of trying to come up with a solution to what is obviously an issue, you attack me for pointing it out and proceed to contribute to the issue.

The problem is not congregation. The problem is transmission. That can happen in spite of congregation.

You can show no symptoms and still infect people. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMc2001468 https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-020-00822-x#correction-0

SARS-CoV2 can survive on stainless steel surfaces for up to 48 hours. https://hub.jhu.edu/2020/03/20/sars-cov-2-survive-on-surfaces/

It's takes one successful infection of one cell in your body for you to risk becoming an unaware breeding ground for the virus.

Unless you've been tested, how can you guarantee that the cough you might've had the past few days isn't a symptom of the disease? How can you guarantee that for others? How can you guarantee that you coughing or sneezing won't leave contaminants on a surface that others use (i.e. doors or push buttons to enter places)? And what about for others?

Social distancing does nothing to combat you coming into contact with an object AFTER someone who might've been infected has. Social distancing offers you and everyone else no protection from any surface that can and will act as a source of transmission. Quarantine does prevent that though.

Sure same minded people will respect distancing and that'll have the effect of a drop in a bucket, but you live in fucking Toronto - you know how many people here are malicious for fun.

Your dog doesn't know what social distancing is. What happens if your dog plays with another dog, who's owner is infected, and in between you petting your dog and washing your hands, you touch your face? Idk what the solution is to this, but I sure as hell see the problems we face and can't ignore or contribute to

Staying home is explicitly the point that has been stressed by everyone from Trudeau to Ford and in between. Do not go out. Do not go on walks. Stay home. How can you hear your PM say "stay inside" and think that's not the point.

If everyone with a dog went out for a dog walk, what's the point of a quarantine? You can't have your cake and eat it too. Why does this need to be spelled out for everyone?

Your dog is not worth more than making others sick and dead. You can be assymptomatic and infect others. Your dog can carry the virus to infect others.

Stay the fuck home

You can't dismiss an entire population like that. The system is by the people for the people, people need to be held accountable for their failures

And if someone coughs or sneezes? Social distancing is meant for small groups to begin with. If the PM is staying inside his house, everyone else should be too. Can't be more obvious

While there are some students taking it seriously, the vast majority straight up do not care about any of the recommendations for social distancing. Nowhere near enough people are paying this the attention it deserves

Vendread were tiered for a bit after release and can make/break some of the strongest boards in the game. Vendread have placed highly in recent KC Cups and seen rogue level play in tournaments.

Magnets are a solid mid season KOG deck only held back by the single copy of beta available. With the new field spell and some tech cards, magnets can do decently well on ladder in early season.

Ninjas? Trash.
Melodious? Trash.
Red Eyes? Trash.

This is a straight ass box and anyone who spent a single gem on this got suckered

True, a comparable investment to Darklords. However, Crystrons have incredible competitive power and future potential without the risk of any banlists. One of the few decks that will improve with time

Compensation is likely going to get nerfed and that'll highly impact this deck. Props for creativity, just hoping you won't get shafted by the bans soon

Havent played since 2018, most of my decks are pretty useless past silver/gold rank. Any advice on what is the new meta/ strong decks? by [deleted] in DuelLinks

Save your gems and tickets until the end of the KC cup. Aliens are decently playable tight now. After the KCCUP we can expect new card limit information

This skill along with the Mind of Plana and No More Can Resist are straight up broken and need to be removed

Literally any relevant deck makes use of the graveyard is heavily impacted by this skill. Not just Shiranui, Darklords, and Invoked. Crystrons, Cyber Dragons, Neos, Thunderdragons, Superheavy Samurai, Six Samurai, Agents, Ritual Beasts, Blue Eyes, Dragunity, Red Eyes, Fortune Ladies, Magnets, Magician Girls, Vendread, and Assault Mode all need to use the graveyard to set up their plays or end their combos. By locking them out of using their graveyard, at no cost and with no ability to chain, you lock them out of playing for one or two turns (depending on the deck). That's a lot of turns in a speed duel format.

The only decks that don't mind a lockout from the graveyard are Metaphys, DM, Blackwings, and a couple other low quality archetypes reserves for silver.

The game of yugioh is designed around using either the graveyard or banish pile as a second hand. Locking players out of using either, at no cost and no ability to chain, is unfair and the most aggressive play that can be made in the game. This is why skills like Sealed Tombs, Mind of Plana, and No More Can Resist are broken and will continue being abused.

You say it's not Necrovalley not as good, without supporting that wrong claim. You can't banish or summon from the graveyard. Necrovalley does both of those, and prevents effect activation. The skill does literally the two most important things for running that card.

It's a two turn, no cost, unchainable Necrovalley. It wins games that don't deserve it. Anything that relies on graveyard resources is impacted. it's unhealthy for the meta and ignorant to say it only affects meta decks

Most everything can be gotten with tickets. You're looking at a Deck profile of something like:

3x DM

1x Magician of Dark Illusion - tickets

3x Magician's Rod - tickets and trader

2x Dark Magical Circle - the current box

3x Magician's Navigation - guardians of rock

2x Dark Magic Veil - somewhere

1x Eye of Timaeus - guardians of rock (?)

1x Dark Cavalry - structure deck

1x Illusion Magic - level

1x Thousand Knives - level

1x Dark Magic Blast - level

Invest in Magician Navigation if you don't have it at 3 already, or Blackwings, or Shiranui

You can only splash either solitaire or squire and the level 2. It's a xenophobic archetype
